Educational trip to Brussels
A trip for
students who win the public competition will be organized as part of the
project. The lectures and workshops helped the students prepare for the public
competition in which they had the opportunity to submit their essays, videos,
photographs, and other literary works and works of art on the topic of Bosnia
and Herzegovina in the European Union, the link between religious freedoms and
the European Union, interculturalism, etc.
The trip includes visiting landmarks important for learning about the history
of the EU and the continent, as well as some places important for the recent
past of the EU. The students will visit the European Parliament and make a
presentation of their work to the members of the Parliament in Brussels. They
will speak to the members of the Parliament about their expectations of EU accession.
Upon returning to Bosnia and
Herzegovina, the students who took this trip will make presentations on the trip
in their schools and help start and organize workshops and EU integration clubs
in their schools.
